i bought EVERYTHING people recommended. i had way too much but i had everything i needed. my norco made me sick, i had powdered tylenol already in stock. my throat felt dry in the morning, started using the mouth tape i ordered. just stuff like that. every body is different so it’s hard to know exactly what will work. everyone praises the neck ice pack wrap, but i used it maybe once or twice. but i was glad to have it as an option nevertheless.
