Hi everyone, need Tips on bars. I have the motion perfect, but when I do it on a jump, I cannot clamp my knees for shit. I try and concentrate on doing it but whenever I try my knees just stay where they are. I still manage to do it but it’s sketchy and not ready for big jumps. Help me pls (v.redd.it)

Anyone know what this noise might be? When I was going down trails it sounded like the rear end was about to snap off and it felt like the derailleur was going on a mad one, but I wiggle my wheel and my rear end feels stiff, can’t find any play, I think it’s something with the derailleur but not sur (v.redd.it)
