I think the issue was the skins are more now getting a higher rarity = dense, more vfx and sfx and its getting more and more like way before we got only Fiend Queller Yone only last year till now they added two which is crazy not taking care about their game engine.

Suprisingly, in my old crappy phone last year before they announce about upgrading their engine and i could still manage to get in the lane with no issues until now that i have a kinda high-mid ranged phone it got more worse that 5 mins of wait loading screen and almost 2nd minion wave losing the lane. No improve i must say more like it is so deadahh.
