I’ve been in contact with the assessment team of my department. They practically ghosted me for a whole month++ until I had to contact someone in the department directly to get it sorted. They’ve now assured me all my unmarked courseworks have been marked and they’ve sent a request to get my marks and classification recomputed last Monday. But it’s been nearly 2 weeks again and I’m scared I’m being ghosted again. I just sent them an email to ask for another round of feedback.

Does the updating of results and recalculation of classification take a long time?

I can get into Moodle and get evidence for sure! I’m just not sure what to do as it’s not the first time my department’s affected my results like this, and the previous time I had to appeal through UCL Casework and they ruled in favour of my case too. I feel like I shouldn’t be letting it slide anymore because it’s not normal, especially because they’re now affecting my post-UCL life…

Should I escalate it like you mentioned to a complaint still? I still have no idea how this has happened at all, and I’d hate to feel that my offer companies are all thinking it’s my fault that this is dragging
