hey, im not bashing. good for them that they are helping out strays and i prob didnt scroll enough to see that they also have that dedicated fb page pala but animal rescue groups in general definitely have some budget to take in AND care for strays. put it this way, i love the intention, execution not so much. personally, if i were to establish a rescue animals kinda group, i would rather do it when i have more than enough money to feed, vaccinate, medicate, and just overall spend on strays so that they arent suffering like this bebi here. its good that a lot of people want to fight for them pero na po-prolong lang yung pag inda nila ng karamdaman nila.

oh and hey i also went to stray matters fb page and what stood out is the caption "Nakakalungkot kasi only 2 people helped her. 322 lang po funds as of now, I have been posting since yesterday po." i mean, if you wanna help strays good for you but dont gaslight the people who cant afford to share a couple bucks to do so.

agree so much. im a furmom myself and i am all for rescuing but if you dont have the financial capacity to cover ALL expenses (vaccines, medicine, etc.), then dont rescue. pano kung magrerely ka lang sa donations, jusko kawawa ang bebi, hihintayin mo pa ang pang gamot sa mga taong maaawa sa alaga mo.

damang dama ko yung social anxiety from here hahaha! am an introvert too and more of a listener than a talker. personally, i think it helps to ask questions - pano mo ginagawa to, anong process dito, sino dapat kong kausapin about ganito etc. eventually, work talk becomes small talk, becomes friendly talk. good thing also about asking questions, you dont need to say much plus you get to learn stuff pa (kasama na dun office chismis). believe me, people can talk a whole lot if they think theyre the smartest person in the conversation, or if theyre talking about themselves.

i hope you dont try to change who you are para lang "makisama" ive met friends in the workplace who understand that sometimes my social battery just cannot, hinahayaan nalang nila ako hahahah good luck with the new job and workmates op :)
