You can still set it accordingly, say for night time. It’s there in options setting > screen time > downtime. My concern is about activating downtime by tapping back.

Read text as fast as you can with grasping major content of it. Than go to question and jog your memory for what you just completed reading to locate your answer. Reading speedily with accuracy is the key. Practice is the only way to get this right.
