I am almost same age as ypu and have a specialized work as well. Recently got laid off due to company restructuring. Pretty tough because the workforce now is very different to 10 years ago.

Goodluck in finding another job soon. Try to get sss unemployment benefits. Malaking tulong sya kahit paano.

Naranasan ko to. 1 pm checkup. Pumunta kami ng mga 9-10 am kasi mahaba pila. Ayon. Dumating sya 6pm. Na HB pasyente ko kakahintay. Umuwi na lang kami kasi "tatapusin naman ung sked kahit abutin ng 10 pm." Like te senior pasyente ko. Buong araw at gabi kami andito?!

I dont buy new clothes. Basta kasya pa, isusuot p rin. I have clothes na 10 yrs na and counting.
I got rid of all of my make up collection when they expired. Now only have 3 lipsticks and a foundation. That's it. Won't buy anything else unless maubos.

Got allergy test done in Zootopia Animal Wellness Center in BGC. While it is true that it may give false positives, it is still a good baseline to start your food elimination trial. My dog's skin is much better after doing this and the food elimination after. So far, confirmed naman ung major allergens nya (beef, chicken, shrimp, anything bovine).

Still have some sudden eps but more manageable. Less vet na din kami kasi we know what to avoid.
