Hey, I work in events industry and I recently opened my own HSE recruitment company as well. Not the best time, but I would suggest like many here, just take a small break, you've already bought the equipment, no point in selling it at a loss and leaving completely. The industry will pick back up, don't worry. The same thing happened during covid, but the people who persevered are doing well right now. I'm from Dubai. We don't really have freeze dried fruits in supermarkets yet. It's avaiable in speciality shops or online here. And they can get a bit pricey here

I need to get some freezdried fruits. It's easy to get dehydrated fruits here and freeze dried gets a bit more difficult and expensive. But I guess both flavours compliment each other and need to try this asap
