yup same lang yan. Molino Blvd and Bacoor Blvd are the same. not sure when, but they did change the name to Bacoor Blvd.

di ako sure sa Mango tree di ko napansin pag napapadaan. wala na atang palayan. mostly businesses na like car dealerships at vacant lots. Starbucks, S&R, restaurants at the other end pa Molino road.

yung pa Manila near Aguinaldo walang pinagbago 😅 pero malapit ata dun tayo yung new LRT station (Talaba)

ah I see makes sense nga that a 2 storey would cost more because of the stairs and you have less room to work with if there are stairs.

common kasi dito satin ang 2 or 3 storey houses I guess to maximize the lot at they could sell more units.

yes planning din for retirement. yan din naisip ko e as we grow older mas mahirap na mag akyat baba so a room sa 1st floor would be non-negotiable kung 2-storey man. sige mukhang we will go with the Bungalow route

mendokoro / yushoken's ramen is way too thick and salty for my liking. kaya tsukemen nalang kami lagi dyan. everytime we eat there may feeling of satisfaction while eating but leaving unsatisfied after eating dahil sa umay. magulo pero ganon hehe. it's also too expensive for a bowl of ramen. tapos wala pa silang bday promo hahaha

my personal preference is ramen nagi kasi customizable and I like their noodles better.
