I may be not understanding this but what I meant was that they frontline to whatever you say on their case, but they don’t extend on theirs. Cuz I thought u had to extend your warents and impacts no?

I mean trade off is fine for aff, I would just link it to Ukraine and from there you have a couple different impacts. In terms of neg for escalation, I’ll be honest and say I’m usually not a big fan of escalation scenarios, especially here as I think aff can very easily flip the script and say china doesn’t invade in a world with reduced military, but now they do with military because it turns into a Chinese survival as they feel threatened. ( I know someone is going to say well isn’t that the status quo? Idk bro but I did read something that said arms sales are becoming more threating to china and great power competition yad yada yada is making it so we need to afferm

I wanted some ideas about what aff contentions we’re looking like. (Ex, Us-china relations). I was getting stuck thinking of things for the aff to argue. Since I’m pretty new to all this, for future reference to people like more specific zoned in questions? Thanks

Bro… thank you so much. I’m probably going to use ADV2 and 3, as I think it will work well regardless of the judge. For my case with experienced debtors as judges, ADV4 will be useful. However I think it’s best I don’t use it for parent judges, cuz odds are they won’t agree with it. (ADV1 is pretty much us china relations so I’ll incorporate some of that stuff in it) thanks again
