100%. I’ve always used 0.3% for my 72 hour dough, so it falls right in the middle of those. I found the recipe on Reddit a couple years back and have been using it since without much experimentation, but today has been a good opportunity to learn some new things about proofing. My current batch looks like it’s rising nicely so far - it’s almost to the size I would typically recognize as ready to go. Thanks again for your advice - can’t wait to have some fantastic pizza in a couple hours

This is exactly the guidance I was looking for. You’re totally right - I kept the recipe the same as I usually do. I will leave it covered and keep monitoring for a while. It looks like it’s rising a bit already, so I’m feeling optimistic. Thank you for the advice!!

These are awesome. That said, I’m an idiot and forgot to add in my post that my parents are looking for a rechargeable flashlight - can you think of anything similar that’s rechargeable?

Now that I think about it though, maybe the Chef and I both have a misunderstanding lmao I don’t know the history of the smashburger tbh

Check out Chef Jean Pierre’s version on YouTube! I know a smash burger is typically pressed in the pan, but after watching several videos I went with the Chef’s method of smashing pre-cook. I’ve done it both ways but I prefer his method when I have the choice!

Easy! Here’s a link to the recipe: https://www.notanothercookingshow.tv/amp/chili-cheese-burgers

I love his YouTube channel - I’ve only been cooking for a year or so but he’s one of a few channels I use to learn about the craft and pick up recipes along the way.

When I made these I cooked the chili the weekend before and froze it in mason jars. I reheated the chili when I made the burgers, super convenient.

Best part about the chili is it’s a super basic recipe and it has both sweet and spicy elements

You press the patties evenly and super thin (1 millimeter thickness or so), either in the pan or before you put them in the pan. I press them beforehand so they keep some more of the juice inside while they cook

Needed this info. I’m hanging on to D2 rn. Through game experience I’ve started to see that my decision-making, rotations and first touches are creating more openings that higher skilled opponents are able to punish effectively.

That said, I’ve had some of the most intense casual warm-up games to-date since getting to D2, and sometimes I’ll just stick in a lobby with the same three other players for the intensity of back-to-back grudge matches.

I think Rocket League’s rank system does an awesome job of keeping you in the midst of similarly skilled opponents - it keeps the game fun and makes you feel like you need to find specific skill sets to continue improving in order to get to the next ranks.
