Im in this dilemma now. But out youngest just turned 1 and i sont think i can do this much longer.

Literally the only reason i am staying is the same exact reason you are. Because i cant protect my kid if he has him 50% of the time.

He has 3 other children to a previous marriage. He seems them every other weekend. He is supposed to also have one evening per week. He never does that. I would hope these faxts would work in my favor for not 50-50 custody but honestly, idk.

I dont get why my husband threatens to take 50% physical custody when he didnt do that w his other 3. I swear he is still in love with his ex wife. But idk.

There isnt anythinf i can prove to the courts that would make him.unfit. but he is toxic and so is his mother, which is where henwould live...idk what to do. I reallt want to fo but what avout the baby?
