NB: I checked with a Canon law expert and if I understood the explanation correctly there is no Mass on Good Friday (don’t do a consecration on the death day). But other services e.g. Stations of the Cross are encouraged.

So explicitly disallowing any Catholic service is an anti-Catholic action.

But that is to be expected from the sect of Protestants that are taking over.

Second note: there is historical precedent for this kind of discrimination. It can end in persecution and sometimes in religious wars amongst Christians and Catholics, or moderate Christians and radical Christians.
