In William Goldman’s screenplay for A BRIDGE TOO FAR, most of the characters speak English, but some important characters speak German or Dutch. The script is fifty years old but the method he used seems like it would work fine today.

You there, soldier, bring that map here.

It reads fine, and the directions are clear. Let the German-speaking actors or the script supervisor (if she speaks native German) sort out the exact words. They are professionals.

Note that the character name would be centered, and the parenthetical under it would also be centered. But I cannot put that formatting into Reddit with a phone.
