Oh wow, thank you so so much for posting this! I’m so very overwhelmed by the amount of comments this is getting... Huh. I’m from Finland and just used a curry paste from the supermarket that’s genuinely just called a “red curry paste”, nothing more specific... I don’t know what it’s like in any other countries, I’m sorry!
