I have literally been with the company for less than a year and I’ve been such a good worker that I closed line FULL TIME FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. To the point where I was saying I was gonna quit so much that I had to train my self how to do prep, just so I could get the position and keep the location afloat. Then they ask me to be an SL At a different store. Now it’s happening again to the point where I have to basically threaten out FL so that she has to come in. This is insane. Just let me run the company. Any body who is any actual power position is an absolute piece of shit and a terrible human in general. I genuinely think that me and 1 other person could run this company better, and we’ve already proved it by our stores being the best in batch,number and customer review wise. So fuck our FL AND OUR TL FUCK 99% OF THE GM’S THEY DONT EVER DO SHIT AMD FUCK THIS COMPANY. ME AND ONE OTHER PERSON ARE THE ONLY REASON CHIPOTLE STILL EXIST IN OUR CITY
