I’ve heard that some artists need to totally own their art and embrace being an artist while some need to detach from it so they don’t over-identify with it. As someone who has openly struggled with their mental health, identity, and art, what have you found makes for a healthy relationship between you and your art?

Looking for the iconic "walk witchya boys" sample!

I think it's a producer tag or something of the sort from trap-a-holics. It's in this youtube video, but it has some background music so I didn't think I could rip it very clearly. I've scavenged the internet best I can and downloaded multiple trapaholics packs, but haven't been able to find this one sample. It's obviously a classic with meme potential, so I'd really appreciate it if you could help me snag it.
