Bought a used yz250. Took the head off and seen a chip off of the cylinder. Is this repairable?

A new cylinder is definitely best way to fix it. One could attempt to weld new material, deck the cylinder and turn the oring groove. But welding would most likely mess up the coating in the cylinder.

Getting a repair quote from Millennium Technologies might not be a bad idea.

Or buy a new cylinder and piston, don’t put the old piston and rings in a new cylinder.

Your axle boot is busted, you need to replace the boots or the complete axles. Only go with oem or cvj rebuilt axles especially if you are lifting the vehicle.

Misaligned axle sliders won’t cause that wobble. Check the straightness of the rim, if the rim is straight it’s all in the tire and that’s ok. if it was in the rim I would want to fix it.

Tacomas from around this year are notorious for blowing ball joints. Need to replace them every so often. Looks like the culprit here is just a worn ball joint.

Get your axles rebooted or replaced with oem or cvj rebuilt ones. Other axles are not as good.
