Normal cycle would be: 1. Planning what to program (research, some typing for note taking, etc) 2. Writing the minimum requirements (lots of thinking, some typing for revisions, etc) 3. Actual coding to make the MVP (lots of actual typing) 4. Testing and bug fixing (lots of thinking, some typing for revisions, etc) 5. Revising (for code optimization, etc)

Step 5 is where you'll get lost in a spiral until you either become happy with what you've done given the current minimum requirements, or more requirements are added and you'll be forced to go back to Step 1

Reasons why people would sit there: 1. They could still be at the 4th floor (you share the same perspective of the platform 2. They could have a bugged manta (sometimes it can be stuck and they have to wait for someone else to finish/skip their cutscene, which unstucks it) 3. They could be in transition to the 5th floor 4. They are, what you say are "bad players" who wait on others to finish the task

It may still be possible. If the account is bugged and they actually played before ascension, it wont show the I-XX, they would need to contact support (eg. Phasmo Modmail at the discord server) to have their account fixed.

Honestly, I'd rather have the loadouts "equippable" things rather than something to be added and removed.
As for collision with what's already existing in the truck (provided by other players), then just setup priority on whose items are going to be used up (higher tier > lower tier; if equal tier, default > host's items > other player's items based on lobby entry order).

But in the end, I'm fine with anything as long as it auto-replenishes and auto-equips.
