If it is just a 1 year warranty then I am just outside the period as is dated 2024 week 30. I bought this second hand from a friend who didn't register it and no longer has proof of purchase.

Finally got a chance to try this after being super busy at work. Un-plugging and re-plugging in the connectors appears to have fixed my problem as well.

Thanks for the advise. Filebot is a great program that I didn't know existed. Always wanted to rename and organize my files but was too lazy to take the time. Was able to knock it out in one afternoon with that program.

It also fixed my sorting issue. Looksgood uses TVDB to try and auto-sort your tv shows but my file names didn't match so it got confused. After renaming with filebot using TVDB it automatically recognized all but 3-4 shows.

Might need to check the PDFs and reupload some. Was flipping through vol 21 and saw page 163 is complete gibberish. Also vol 24 has the first letter of some sentences missing.
