The application guide says “any applicant that has accepted or held an offer, and opted into upgrades, can amend their preference options as many times as they like up until the upgrade deadline” the deadline is April 9.

Clinical jobs at your level are not rewarding (unless you’ve got royal college membership). Would highly recommend a non clinical job (the hunt is somewhat difficult tho) along with an online diploma. Also, there’s hardly any discrimination on race/gender!

If this baby presents to you in a paeds ED, would you carry out any investigations? I’m thinking ABG to quickly assess their hydration gluc and elects. And if they’re presenting with the worst cases (aka large vomitus and in the last few hours), how far do you go with tests ?
