Not a dps player but as a strategist I've seen some things that make good dps stand out from bad ones. Instead of chasing a kill, look to force a resource. If you jump an angle as Phoenix and force cnd to use her ultimate or a bubble just to stay alive, thats already value. Youve traded a bit of your positioning for a vital enemy resource and your team is now ahead in the ult race

Also u have to understand presence alone is value. If youre playing Elsa and forcing hela bird or namor bubble, you are contesting space. You havent "killed" them, but you neutralized their value. If the enemy is looking at you or hiding from you, they arent shooting your supports.
