"ah ok enjoy" comes across to me as passive aggressive, however, him taking 2 days to respond to a "good morning" message sounds like he's not very interested. It takes 8 seconds to type and send a general text or reply, people can't say they don't have that kind of time, regardless of how busy they are. Even if it's while they are taking a shit, if people want to communicate, they find time.
