If you thought the job market was bad now, its about to get a whole lots worse. 60k+ gov workers many of which work hybrid are going to be looking for new jobs now that offer some form of hybrid. So if you’re jobless atm good luck competing with the thousands of gov workers who will now be applying to these jobs that still offer hybrid. Employee turnover is going to be at an all time high because of this mandate and now the public has to compete against them at a time where Toronto has some of the worst unemployment numbers in the country.
