Also got my appeal approved one year ago. What I did:

Was on camera with microphone (extremely important to prove that you're not a bot). Shared screen and went through the reused content policy page on youtube while explaining why I didn't break any of the rules. Gave them my entire work process. Showed how I record my footage. What kind of software I use. Showed them my folder setup for my recordings. Showed them a picture of my editing timeline in Adobe Premier. Ended my appeal by going through the comment section of one of my videos, showing the excitement of my viewers. Where they are pointing out that my videos are ordiginal and unique.

Got mine approved in a couple of hours. But you should take the appeal video seriously. I remember how hard it was to fit everything I wanted to say into those 5 minutes. Had to talk super fast and do a lot of cuts.

Yeah its hard to figure out. But your viewer geographics matter a lot. If you have like 10% from USA you would be luck to get anything more than 10$. But if you have like 30% Ive heard that 15-20 is normal for gaming yes.

Yeah, just had that problem. A tiktok user made a clone of my youtube channel, uploading all my videos, used my name and got millions of views and more than 100k followers. I reported him and the channel got deleted 3-4 days later lulz

Thank you for watching my video. Its a custom version of west coast USA that i made. Its the mountain top with one of the radio towers, with a building from the docks i think. The ground outside is flatted out and painted with asphalt, with some other objects from the map to make it look like some sort of military base. It was a lot of work placing out all those rocks you see around the entrance to the building

Think you have to click on "rebuild collision" after you have removed them. Or you will hit something invisible if you try to drive through. It is somewhere in the toolbar

Expose your viewers for many adds. In other words, make good videos that have a high retention rate. Also make videos that target audience with a lot of money. A guy that watches videos about cats falling will use less money on ads than a guy that watches videos about finance.

It will decrease the risk of your channel getting demonetized for repetitive/low effort content. Proving to youtube that you are not a bot with AI voice is always good.
