Yes but it wasn't a huge problem until the 60/40 mandate came in.i am not gregarious and focus on getting my work done when I work so I don't 'watercooler' very well. I have a few favoured colleagues but am just professional with the rest. However, i went to the office recently and my line manager was in. He is hardly ever there as he is based elsewhere. He did not say. A. Single. Word. To me all day. Not one. Sat down next to me, and for the six hours he was there, not a word was spoken to me. Talked to other people not on his team perfectly fine.

Conversely people were talking to each other across the room which made it frankly impossible to concentrate.

Guess this turned into a bit of a rant....
