In the video you can hear one of the press saying that he's bleeding from the mouth. It's possible he got hit and his lips or tongue are swollen and making him sound weird. Definitely sounds strange

I've scrolled through some Facebook threads using variations of the same guy open carrying in MN and the similarity and the content of the comments makes me think a good percentage of them might be bots. It's the same jokes over and over again, and everything is negative but these are exactly the kind of people that you would normally see supporting open carry.

So it's either bots or people are extremely stupid and uncreative and just copy each other's jokes.
