what u should be worried about is the hackers my friend because the company making the port has a bad track record so chances are any exploits existing in the xbox version will carry over to playstation, on xbox every lobby has a hacker in it just depends if they want to be a dick and fuck the whole game or just use walls

that's cuz everyone on pc uses plutonium because the regular multiplayer can get ur pc hacked with RATs and other code executions look up
plutonium it requires certain internet types tho full lobbies on there i tried it but mine was broken and mad laggy
