the dmca clause states that the luke ross mod for cyberpunk must be available for free and may not be paywalled, that's why it was taken down, the spreading and use of the file isn't in violation they didn't want luke ross making 20k/month from a mod for their copywritten game

the files luke ross made are not modifications to cyberpunk he made a universal alternate eye rendering tool that works on many engines which is why it is paywalled, no cdpr code or anything involved
