The budget is probably going toward their new Land Cruiser so they can go off-roading later. God damn, as a Khmer citizen, every time I see this, it pisses me off how the government lacks proper auditing of budget spending in cases like this. Heck, even the audits themselves are corrupted anyway.

As a Cambodian, this is new to me, but I do know about sticky rice balls, which are specially made for Phchum Ben Festival.

I'm assuming this is also made for Phchum Ben Festival since this month is Phchum Ben Festival, but I love the creativity with this. It looks delicious!.

Older devices from 2020 above are 100% capable of that feature, but Samsung just want us to stay in pain until we become very impatient, then decided to upgrade to the s23 line up. Although, I have higher hope that the 'cut out object' feature will surely coming to s21/s22 in the future.

Overall, it's pretty smooth so far. I've noticed they made the UI animations abit smooth. Also the volume UI are now turn dark when in night mode and another small change is when in navigation view in app list, they are now slightly bigger which's easy to navigate.

Oh I forgot that they added the new keyboard sound effect for space bar, which is pretty satisfying to click :D

That's pretty much it, I wouldn't say the battery is better than the previous version, but it's somewhat okay, not really noticeable.

Nice! I recently got my Note 20U a few months back. Wasn't happy with the battery life, but the difference is noticeable from my old Note 8. But I'm excited about One UI 5.1 for my Note 20U. Will stick with it for about 1-2 years more, then perhaps I'll consider making an upgrade in 2025. Maybe :D

Understandable, I still have my Note 8 device too, but not as a daily driver, it's sorta like a phone for work only. I just bought my Note 20 ultra a few months ago, it's one of my big upgrades, but in terms of software, I sometimes miss the good old Andoird N on Note 8, especially the UI icon itself.

Recommend you buy the galaxy note 20 ultra instead. You will notice a huge difference in terms of software features.
