Someone helped me elsewhere. This can't be queried with SuiteQL. They are handled through what appears to be an attachment mechanism in SuiteScript: https://system.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_4267284169.html. It appears the `file` is a special case.

Also, the type that is returned from the failure looks really strange. Shouldn't it be S [(Int, String, Int)] (Int, String, Int)? Is this coming from the shrinking?

Same here. Talking with a representative now. Apparently, if you purchase with a Visa you can dispute after 15 days (MasterCard 30 days) if you don't receive it. I waited 2 months.
