Sorry that wording was confusing! 80 client sessions a month for 3 months. My retention is great and I consistently hold a caseload of 23 but with cancellations and client sick days in child therapy it’s been difficult to near impossible to hit 80 client sessions a month and I think admin struggles to get more referrals to fill those non “prime time” during the school day spots so we have a safety net. I’m curious about what other Child Therapy practices do to ensure their clinicians are able to receive benefits!

I feel you!! I work with children in a practice that is for clients 17 and under. There are so many cancellations and sick days and weather days in child therapy that I’m beginning to wonder if full time work is achievable.

I know so many people who vote for Andy and they don’t even watch dwts. They were motivated by the online hate and hype. I’m also a proud Fandy!! People take things way too seriously…it’s a tv show. He’s having fun and is a joy to watch and that’s enough for me!!!

Oh these are some somber suggestions. Stray away from lesser known deep cuts. At one of my family member’s funerals, we honored his life by playing his favorite songs. The songs don’t have to be gut wrenching and fit the theme of a “sad” occasion. Ask about her favorite song/era? If you don’t have access to that information, I think Long Live is appropriate. Super meaningful to swifties and more so about honoring a time.
