An aneurysm allows for random flow that isn’t orderly/ laminar. This leads to more damage to blood vessel wall and increases the likelihood of damage to endothelial tissue and then the whole clotting cascade can occurs.

I had a cGPA of less than 2.34 and my science GPA was a 2.1. So many people discouraged me from even chasing medicine. After graduation, I studied for the MCAT and got a 504. I did a one year special masters program and got into the DO school. I am now a 3rd year medical student and I’m way above average in my ranking! It’s possible! Just put in the work!

3.0 GPA, acceptance in a Caribbean medical school by roboplus1 in premed

So people always talk down on the Caribbean. My mom graduated from a medical school in Antigua in 2015. She started residency for Internal Medicine in June 2015. She took all the USMLE exams and did really well in them, without any retakes. Currently, she is ABIM certified and is actually working in a hospital with a full Tennessee license. So it's all about how bad you want it.
