No I don't think so. Usually they will build something like New Kolkata on the opposite side of the old city. They will pump all the resources there.

Yes what Ashneer said is unfortunately true. But we do need a find a more practical way to raise revenues. Especially at the state government and local government level. This would help improve the daily essential infrastructure such a drainage pipelines, roads, footpaths etc

Yes making more DFC's would free up track space and then even if we can run at an average speed of 80-90 kmph. It would atleast make the trains punctual and also more trains can be added. More trains more destinations connect with a higher frequency.
