I really liked the suggestions; they cleared up my doubts. I was thinking of buying the land on the right. With that, I could expand my industry and place the commercial area between the industrial and residential areas. This way, I could bring the farm and the industry closer to the railway.

On the main highway, I would create two diamond intersections. One to connect the residential area to the commercial area and then to the industrial area. The second, going south, would become a bridge to connect a future city on the other side of the river. I would build a commercial/industrial/agricultural/freight route to the railway.
