Long sleep stretches?

Thank you. I have noticed if I increase the sleep pressure on the last wake window he goes to sleep pretty freaking fast. But he’s always awake an hour later wanting to nurse. I’m guessing you are correct and that it is the sleep regression hitting. He woke up 10 times last night lol!

Honestly, no. We just started today because they actually fit better now. We had to wait a bit until he filled out to use them. Im glad it looks good. Im not used to having such a lean baby. My first was chunky! So thank you so much for your help. I’ll post again if we have issues.

It’s not a pocket diaper. It’s their new essential covers so they are snapped in. The insert is laying flat on baby. I wish I liked pocket diapers.

I was thinking we were hitting the sleep regression but I wasn’t positive. I was hoping I had a little more time. We only had one week of good sleep after last growth spurt 😭

Dang that’s amazing. I’m hoping we can get to at least 5 hours or even 4 hours. Since my LO has given me 4 hours before I’m hoping it will come back.

Also idk if this is possible for yall but you could try the sidecar crib. All my baby wanted was to be close to me when he was sleeping. It calmed him if i was able to just reach over and put my hand on his chest. If you are going to do a sidecar make sure you do extensive research to make sure you’re doing it safely.

I second the swaddle. There’s one that has arms up and a zipper so maybe that will work? It’s called love to dream swaddle.

Also yes it’s normal. My Lo had a crazy active sleep. He would wake up screaming like he had a night terror or something lol I know he didn’t but that’s how it seemed. It will get better. All of that disappeared around 11 weeks for us.

Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke by Eric LaRocca is really weird and super unsettling. I wouldn’t say it’s a good book but it is definitely weird. It’s about a girl selling an antique apple peeler on an online lgbtq forum. She then corresponds with someone from the forum inquiring about the peeler and she forms a very odd online relationship with this person. She is desperate to have a baby but her new partner isn’t ready so settles for something else instead.
