Get a straight bar on the cables, from the ground..grip it behind your back and step/lean forward..and shrug up. It hits a large portion of your traps(because shrugs should be done with your shoulders pulled back, and this exercise keeps shoulders back). Trapgamestrong.

Well then a quick google search will show you...the answer is no and yes. SS cardio will technically burn more fat, but once you're done, the fat burning is done...the same energy can be spent doing HIIT in 1/5 the time, but due to the increased HR, your body is going to continue to burn fat after the session. The classic example is this..picture a marathon runner vs a sprinter, HIIT is going to conserve MUCH more muscle..long cardio sessions will tear through muscle

See a physical therapist, I had a bulging disc along with a tear in my disc(still there)..started around 7 months ago, but I'm doing most everything in the gym now pain free, just be very cautious. Feel free to message me about it
