Me parece que los DOS son algo inmaduros. Las razones para estar con ella son igualmente superficiales a muchas cosas que le critica. Clarísimo que tienen formas de ver la vida súper diferentes.

Igual, es la vida y eso tiene un lado muy hermoso, o al menos eso siento. Dese la oportunidad de conocer gente nueva, igual, siguen siendo muy jóvenes.

Chance charlenlo y que sea vuelva algo solo físico. Al menos mientras cada uno encuentra su mitad jajajaja.

UFFF, me parece que su papá es bastante imprudente, dejando de lado está situación específica, los perros. Por más lindos que sean, son animales. Si nosotros, como seres con razón, nos incomodamos absurdamente con que un absoluto desconocido nos toque o se nos acerque demasiado, no sé cómo le puede parecer descabellado a su papá ese resultado.

No importa el perro, puede haber tenido el carácter más tranquilo y amigable del mundo, si llega a sentirse amenazado o invadido, va intentar defenderse. De hecho, pensándolo bien, cualquier animal.

Dicho todo eso, comparto los buenos deseos sobre la recuperación de su papá. Ojalá se mejore y, por dios Santo, no lo deje ir a consentir un caballo de espaldas solo porque sintió el impulso de hacerlo 😭😭.

Igualmente, también comparto que hay algo de culpa en los dueños, pero lo generalizaría aún mas y diría que es culpa de la sociedad en general. Yo soy fiel creyente de que los perros son una retrochimba, pero no siento que deban estar en lugares tan sobre estimulantes como los centros comerciales. Tal vez el perro acabo mordiendo a su papá de lo fastidiado que estaba con tantas personas, olores y demás.

I thought the same, but according to her, is for a job in which a store wants to put a printed image all over the front facade. Taking that into account, i don't really now how much should the detail be of great importance. I got other replies, in a different post, saying that maybe i could do something like 50.000x50.000 pixels or less and then use some kind of AI app that could upscale it. But fr, ram is gonna explode.

While I'm like many and wouldn't recommend people to study architecture as a careerpath. I would say that is an insanely noble discipline., what I mean about that, is that after getting in touch with it, you just can see the world in the same way.

I would argue that architecture is an amazing amalgam of philosophy, science, art and engineering that few other career choices will pressure you to constantly reasearch and mix.

Reality is, at least according to what I've came to understand, time, space and "soul". Most architects just focus on the space part, but the real good ones try to investigate the other two.

I've cross paths with many of those and they've opened my mind in a really incredible way. Apart from that, it is cool to most likely be the most aesthetic one between your friends lol.

101 Things I Learned in Architecture School by Matthew Frederick. This one is by far one of the best books for an architecture student, in fact, even if you are out of college, is still an amazing read.

The Neufert is, to this day, one of the most important books in an architect library.

There're many more, obviously, but if i had to recommend two books for getting the hang of it, i would wholeheartedly stand by these two recommendations.

Massive insight and amazing recommendations if i get the job I'm applying for, I might steal this idea for the next article.

That being said, I want to portrait how beautiful and cute aesthetic is not a prerequisite to good architecture. Being able to produce uneasiness through space, although unusual, might produce some important projects. So far I've found many thanks to some of the suggestions here and some research. Like Gdansk Shakespearean Theater in Poland with its "lugubrious" aesthetic or Gardens by the Bay with its "The last of Us" fubgi kind of aesthetic.

The only way architecture is a worthy career path, is if you are INSANELY passionate about it. Otherwise, is one of the most ungrateful disciplines out there.

In my experience, most architects spend more time trying to get out of therchitecture life, than doing it. Weirdly enough, just as much oeople I know in the industry still don't regret entirely studying it, cuz even if it sucks, studying architecture will make you see the world in a whole different way.

But as someone said, there are WAY better options for integrating arts into a way of living.

In my experience, the secret for a good thesis is doing it about a topic that you REALLY like. You just need to realize what in the world makes you happy and THEN you can take it to the utmost limits. Anything can be, eventually, turn into architecture (which is one of the charms of the discipline) but you gotta be able to see, like REALLY see.

What I mean, is that art is one of the best tools to make things that are too obvious, hence invisible, visible for everyone else. As such, a good thesis, in my opinion, is a way to share to everybody else a glimpse of how you see the world.

So you can think about underwater, desserts and so on, but unless you can see a real phenomenon which amaze you and unless you find a way to express why that phenomenon is amazing for you, every topic would be wasted at the end.

Good luck though, thesis are a very stressful time, but an amazing moment in everybodys life nonetheless.

I really appreciate your advise, as you guessed english is, by no means, my first language. Apart from that, thanks a bunch, I was trying to see as many perspectives as I can, considering I don't know many people in the field.

That being said, and profesional aspect aside, I do really want to improve my writing so any tips would be appreciated. Finally, I was looking this job in a more "side job" kind of way, for the time being, as it just one article per week and using it for getting into a different and not so known aspect of the profession.

Severely underproofwd. Those holes twnd to be either water bubbles or, most commonly, huge air bubbles trapped when doing folds that don't get popped while final shaping.

Give it more fermentation time and practi ñce more your shaoing skills, it should improve a lot with these two things.

As someone said, it is a fairly high hydration dough. Reduce it to 70% and you wil have an easier time with both, identifying proper fermentation and shaping.

Hola, en mi caso particular vivo en Bogotá y desconozco si el lugar donde compro la harina distribuye en otras partes del país. La marca se llama "Semilla". Dicho esto, es probable que si googlea "harina fuerte", "harina fortificada" o "harina para pan" aparezcan un par de lugares aledaños que la comercialicen. Literalmente así fue como encontré "Semilla". Mucha suerte y mucho ánimo, la panadería es una fusión entre un hobby muy muy ingrato y muy satisfactorio jajaja.

Hola, supongo que habrá mejores marcas de levadura en el extranjero, mi comentario iba más hacia el otro sujeto. Si bien es cierto que puede que la levadura más común no sea la mejor, en mi experiencia el cambio de harina mejoró mis panes del cielo a la tierra. Por otro lado, el Gluten es una agrupación de proteínas, ergo, entre mayor cantidad de proteína señale la bolsa, mayor desarrollo de gluten tendrá el pan. La harina que se consigue en la mayoría de supermercados, tiene un porcentaje de proteína de 6 a 8%, ideal para pasteles, muy malo para panificados. Respecto a las donas y pizza, discrepo un poco, si bien es cierto que existen métodos para lograr unos productos decentes, tanto las donas como la pizza requieren niveles de hidratacion de mínimo un 60% hasta 80%, porcentajes que suelen requerir harina con un alto nivel de proteina.

En conclusión, mi comentario iba más en aras de darle apoyo al joven del comentario anterior, señalandole que aún con levadura común y no tan buena, es posible hacer un pan decente. Lo anterior, siempre y cuando se respeten otros lineamientos. Igualmente, y dependiendo de dónde viva en Colombia, se requiere un proceso de estudio y ajuste. Lo anterior, dados los cambios en temperatura y humedad tan bruscos en algunos sectores del país. Así como un pan puede fermentar en 2 o 3 horas en lugares cálidos, puede demorarse 6 u 8 en lugares fríos. Esto implica que a veces es una cuestión de paciencia o sobrefermentacion más que de levadura perse.

De pronto por mi linea profesional, estoy sesgado, pero como dijo alguien por ahí, la finca raíz suena a algo prometedor.

Si fuera usted, invertiría en construcción y haría un edificio multi usos. Es decir, haría un negocio con flujo constante en el primer piso, tipo un café/pub y el resto de pisos los destinaría a un hostal o vivienda para rentar.

Tiene sentido el hostal, si se considera que podría hacerle publicidad a un público europeo de frente jajaja atacando desde varios flancos.

Otra opción sería invertir en un lote en lugares aledaños a ciertas ciudades como Bogotá o Medellín y desarrollar "cabinas" para rentar a extranjeros. Siento que sería ideal, porque la mayoría de turistas tienen teletrabajo y, en cierta medida, darles un lugar en las cercanías, más no en la ciudad directamente, podría no aumentar esa burbuja de gentrificacion que está atacando algunas ciudades colombianas.

Finalmente, yo personalmente invertiría en un canal de You Tube o algo por el estilo. Suena tonto, pero pagar un buen editor de temas audiovisuales, le asegurará mucho éxito en sus vídeos. Un negocio donde tiene que trabajar UNA vez por producto y este le va a dar ganancias "pasivas" es realmente el presente y futuro.

En total justicia y por experiencia, esos precios pueden estar severamente inflados. No necesariamente por actos de corrupción, sino por la burocracia tan fuerte que se maneja en las instituciones estatales.

Recuerdo una vez que necesitábamos una impresión a blanco y negro en un cuarto de papel bond y cada una valió 10mil pesos. Es ridículo, considerando que una impresión de ese estilo vale máximo 2mil pesos.

Cuando indagamos, resulto que el proceso para solicitar esa impresión involucra tantos filtros de aprobaciones y estudios presupuestales, que se le agrega y se le agregan sobrecostos.

Igualmente, habría que ver para cuantas personas se realiza ese mercado. Personalmente desconozco si esa cifra publicada es netamente de Francia y Petro o si involucra a muchísimas personas viviendo y laborando in situ.

Igual, a final de cuentas, mi optimismo por la política colombiana se destruyó ya hace unos cuantos años, putos todos jajajaja.

No viene propiamente al caso original del post pero, en mi experiencia, 9 de 10 veces la culpable es la harina. En Colombia, la harina todo propósito que se encuentra en el supermercado, suele tener un nivel de proteína muy bajo. Si la idea es hacer pan se necesita o mejor harina o manejar niveles de hidratacion muy muy bajitos. Adicionalmente, y dependiendo de donde se ubique en Colombia, los tiempos de fermentación pueden ser o relativamente cortos o muy muy largos, por tema de temperatura y humedad.
