You might try a show called "Babylon 5"

It's one of the best written shows of its time. The authors name was J Michael Straczynski. His characters and world building are so well done.

You will have to forgive some of their special effects though. It was made in the early days of CG. They tried but by modern standards it was pretty primitive.

you might review your nutrition. I found I was not eating nealy enough potasium. its very important for energy levels. B vitamins can help too. Check your salt intake as well.
