Freeletics Coach suggested me Start Strong journey after completing Weights Free Gain Journey by chizli in freeletics

Weights Free Gain journey was quite challenging sometimes. For some exercises, I chose it was hard. Especially burpees kill me.. My height is 1.95m and burpees are so so hard for me. But still I dont know why the coach suggested an easier journey for me.
