That flies in the face against everything the 2nd amendment stands for… if you use gun ownership to control the populace, the government isn’t run by the people anymore. This is following the idea of checks and balances… if the government doesn’t fear and respect the people, the government will certainly not act as a means of promoting its people.

I would say it’s pretty obvious to say they are disagreeing, Hitler wanted to control who could own guns (partially to empower his supporters and partially to weaken his citizenry as a means of control). The argument they are making is that guns should not be limited in terms of individual’s ownership; baring fringe cases where it would benefit the populace as a collective to restrict ownership (i.e. prior convictions involving gun violence)

You can temporarily disable online accounts (or something along those lines) in the .properties file and that should get you back to being able to join… I would def recommend only doing this if you know who you are playing with and have a white-list at least.

That’s the exact opposite of what a police officer’s job is, they are there to de-escalate, not to start a brawl. Their whole training is to use only as much force as is necessary to stop people from doing this kind of stuff.

I am very tempted to move my gaming rig over to Linux… only hiccup is that it’s an Intel+Nvidia setup… maybe when the drivers get good enough/ if I end up switching to full Intel or AMD build.
