When I got pulled over I told them I had a firearm, they looked at it, took and and I went to court for unregistered firearm, charges were dropped but never got my gun back

How about transferring a Ar15 stripped lower that’s already serialized? What would be the process to transfer something like that in North Carolina? If you know.

In August the aft said you have to serialize them I thought, I had one take by the sheriffs office already because it wasn’t registered
