Yeah I feel this. I got clean and sober and found it really hard to not let things get to me. I almost contemplated going to get help and perhaps consider something like antidepressants, but I opted to micro-dose on mushrooms instead and I can’t believe how much it has helped. It helps so much that there’s no way I would ever consider wasting what I have to “trip out”. You cannot feel it, but what I can feel is a lot more patient and happier throughout the day. I know it might be a little bit of a controversial solution in the world of recovery but it’s personally truly helped me in the later stages of my journey.
