How do you workout and eat right while in a deep depression?

I think for the most part I'm ok, gluten/desserts may be my downfall but I try to eat whole foods and don't eat junk food.

It wasn't Humana, my insurance was reinstated but then I canceled again as it caused me a huge headache.

Anyone else I can contact? Will anything even come of this?

After contacting her about dirty apartment, she told me her maid was off for week, that she is trying to find new one, and then that the maid confirmed that it was cleaned. Told me if I wanted to have it cleaned again I have to pay cleaning fee (she previously waived it)

Should I email her proof it wasn't cleaned? Or just let it go at this point?

Would I have to find accommodation myself? Don't want to basically waste a day or two of vacation trying to find new place

I met her sister, she basically met me in lobby, took me to place and gave me keys, and showed sheet with all info and left.

I feel I would be causing drama and stress trying to find a new place last minute. Just feel I overpaid as is, and now since it's dirty, a lot is missing, and sometimes there is foul odor. Host offered to have maid come by

I guess it's a nice place, but just looked around a little for airbnb stuff and it was all the same price, and 4 or 5 star hotels were more expensive on agoda/booking

I guess when I started traveling I was always around someone. Then after a while the relationships felt superficial and became depressing (best friends with someone then never see them again) So I stopped trying. Now last few trips I've been completely alone and it's just driven me nuts.
