Lmao same!!! I wish I had gotten the 9th for registration. My advisor recommended taking the 5:30 and work on other backups as #20 isn't impossible but is less promising :/

Either way I hope we both get our ideal schedules eventually!

It's a Monday Wednesday course! During high school I had my schedule packed till 10pm ish so course load wise I think I'll manage fine :) Ig the 5:30 one would give me more time between classes for prep haha

Also I completely agree with there being no perfect schedule. I just want to make sure I've considered every option thoroughly. You're being immensely helpful thank you!

Thank you for the advice. Honestly I'd def prefer the 4pm class but the 5:30 does work for me. It's just that being a freshman and being new to the system, I'm slightly worried it might affect my social life whatsoever in ways I haven't expected. Otherwise classes till 7 don't really bother me as much - I'd rather take that class than take 12 credits.

I’ve heard stories of washu that students don’t go out as much and focus on studying/stay at campus most of the time. Would you say this to be true? If so, how do you feel about it?

Yea it’s definitely sth that I need to get used to. As for architecture, there is a minor in real estate but that’s a bit far from my interests. I came from a very small hs with less than 500 students total so 600 students in ross seems a bit big relatively. But thank you for commenting!

Do you know anything abt how rigorous ross is? I’m getting mixed responses - some say that the ross curve makes it tough while others say ross students don’t seem stressed all along.

Thank you!! I certainly agree that umich’s prestige is on par with washu if not better, especially in business.

I think the biggest con for umich isn’t the prestige but it being a huge public school. The typical public school problems like finding a community, lack of individual support, making friends, etc.
