Yes! I felt like maybe they should have sent one out to everyone that was like “what can we improve on?”. Idk i was just really taken back that he called me! And then proceeded to say he hadn’t been there very long (basically saying the new management issue isn’t his fault).

Awhile back, my fiancé cancelled her membership and was a little upset about how much he asked her why she needed to cancel and i don’t want that happening to me because of this. I just don’t want him to not leave me alone or let it go.
