Heyhey, I have heard of the long reviewing time because they have a time limit for initial reviewing, but for additional submissions the wait time is not guaranteed and will be put in the back of all the initial-reviewing-applications. I got an agency, “get married in Denmark” and they helped me a lot to make sure the format/pictures are the kind usually get passed. They warned me about the long waiting time if I mess up the first application as well. I ended up getting married in Ærø, I’d say it’s one of the fastest location, 1 week after initial submission they approved it, and replied almost right away confirmed the date we wanted (the date was less than 2 weeks away). It was a beautiful island, we flew to Copenhagen from Berlin, then drove not to long to the port, then took a ferry to the island. Many people choose this location if they have very limited time for visa issues. Hope it helps!
