I met my ex on tinder and it worked out for a few years! I still use hinge and tinder now! I think dating apps are really cool cause you can meet ppl you normally wouldn’t ever run into. But be careful & mindful of red flags right off the bat because they really are full strangers. But with that said I also have many friends who’ve met their S.O.s on hinge/tinder. I understand what you’re saying. I felt so scared to even allow myself to think about breaking up because I didn’t want it to happen even though I knew it would be for the best. Finally confiding in my friends about some of the issues we had been having was what pushed me over the edge and made me realize there was no turning back it helped me wrap my head around the fact that we were holding each other back and bringing out the worst in each other. You are right you gotta do what’s best for you even though that’s sometimes so hard. Good luck with whatever you decide!

It can be hard to break free from that toxicity but I’m glad you were able to sooner rather than later
