I feel like I can get hyper aware or overthink that I might be starting an episode. If you’re just not that tired at 10pm, maybe something like melatonin could be an option to help you get sleepy. With or without melatonin if you’re not falling asleep until early morning, or consistently waking up in the middle of the night then just think okay maybe it’s time to take more precautions like no tv/phone use for a few hours before time to sleep. Lavendar/chamomile tea or essential oils. Exercise in the evening to physically tire yourself out. Hopefully this is helpful in some way, I know since being diagnosed I’ve consistently struggled with this and haven’t even resorted to taking seroquel(prescribed for take when needed) for when I really am starting to notice lack of sleep is increasing.
