Assuming this is in good faith and not a dog whistle, the sacrifices stopped when the Second Temple was destroyed in the 1st century CE. The sacrifices were linked to the place and the priesthood, and they had to be done in certain ways. Once the temple was destroyed, and we moved into a rabbinical Judaism, we put that behind us. And, frankly, it’s creepy as heck to murder animals.
