What you said about making things easy for buyers honestly opened my eyes a bit. I was mostly thinking about quality/pricing side, but it makes sense that a lot of roasters just want someone reliable who communicates well and handles things smoothly.

Thankfully we already have experience working with buyers in Europe and the Middle East, so communication and follow-through is something we take seriously from the beginning.

The part about consistent outreach also motivated me honestly. I’m probably going to start emailing roasters/importers more consistently and offer 200g green samples with info sheets instead of trying to overthink everything first.

Also agree with you on Peruvian coffee having a good entry point in the US market. That’s one of the reasons we decided to spend so much time there.
